I've always figured I would go with Rack Doctor if I ever needed one.
They are even local to me (an hour away). I was actually excited to work
with them if I ever got the chance.

After never had the chance, a buddy who runs a repair shop finally got
to deal with them. He didn't have a good experience. I think they sent
the wrong rack? I don't recall the details, but he was excited, and then
turned off by them.

Personally I would still give them a shot if I ever needed one, but
that's my "experience" with them. If it is super important, I can try to
jog his memory about what exactly happened.
