Experience with VRS?

I have a VRS 2.25" system on my '94 G.  Mine was custom-spec with a
24" cannister-style resonator, a 9*14" muffler, and a 3" resonated
tip.  It took some time to get used to the VOLUME of the system, but
the tone is sweet.  Purrs like a kitten on heroine.  The welds are
good, though there is some surface rust on the welds themselves.  If
you use the supplied fasteners, do yourself a favor and get washers
and extra nuts from Fastenal or a parts store; they have no locking
mechanism, and mine vibrated loose.  Probably a good idea to replace
your rubber hangers, too.
