Import-Store issue. Any help is appreciated

Paying by credit card gains you many protections from shady vendors.  Did
they charge your credit card yet?  If so, contact the card company and have
them process a charge back for it, since you never received it.  If not,
fuck 'em.  Order it somewhere else.  Send them an order cancelation
notification (not request, hehe) via fax, mail or email, but if you don't
get any acknowledgement, so what?!  If it shows up after that, refuse
delivery of the package, or leave it sealed and return it to the carrier.

FWIW, I just ordered a Momo steering knob from http://www.imotorgear.com/
and they had it to me at a decent price clean from CA to NC in a week.
Might try them out.
