Since your getting "just" the B pipe, you'd need some
muffler shop to fab the rest of the system. so,
yes...the center/center should be fine. ;)

I didn't see any mention of a resonator. If the
Courtesy pipe doesn't come with one, you may want to
look into one considering you have a header and a more
free flowing muffler.
