price advice on junk NX

Hey Everyone -

I'm looking for input on what an NX2k "parts car" is worth.

The Good:  1991 NX2000, 5 speed, T-tops, AC,  big brakes, Black, no rust
(NC car), sheet metal all straight.
The Bad:    194K miles, #4 rod hanging out of block, stock wheels swapped
with 13" Sentra rims (don't know it they even clear the front brakes?)
The Ugly:    Interior filthy and trashed (really bad!), dealer-applied pin
stripes still lingering (any clean way to remove those?) Paint badly faded
in places.

$300 has been suggested.  Reasonable, or not?  I need a body and tranny to
merge with my wrecked SE-R (and eventually my old NX)
