Body Shops & Insurance Companies

Hey all,
This past weekend, my car was kinda backed into. My right rear
quarterpanel is a little buckled and scuffed. The persons insurance
company will pay for the damage, rental car, etc. I would like the
whole car repainted. How can I go about trying to get what I want? I
have never dealt with body repair and insurance companies before. Any
advice, suggestions, caveat emptors (buyer bewares)?
