Car cleaning

Ok need some help.  Im looking for Shell's article on detailing your car.  I
cant seem to find it on learn.com where it was at one point.  I dont know if
it is there anymore or not.  I just cant find it anywhere.  Looking for it
for a friend and her new car.  I had it printed out from the convention in
2000 but no clue where that print out is anymore.  Anyone know where it is
is, ive dug though the archives and keep getting pointed to learn.com, its
gota be some where else.
