OK Chris, these are Kg/mm of deflection.
All you have to do is convert to lb/inch.

1 inch = 25.4 mm so for example 7 Km/mm
is equivalent to 7*25.4 = 177.8 Kg/inch

Now 1 Kg= 2,2046 lbs.
So 7kg/inch = 177.8 * 2.2046 = 392lb/inch!!!!

Well if you want to do it in one shot, moltiply whatever you have down there
by 56 (this comes from 2.2046*25,4) and you have lbs/inch.
You will notice ofcoursee that they are rather on the stiff side.
