Engine Idling Problem 2

  Yes, the MAF was installed when the filter was in
place.  The whole setup stayed the same with just the
conical filter replacing the stock box.  I didn't have
to "re-plugin" anything in when I swapped the stock
box back in and it worked fine.  Shouldn't the car
idle differently with the temp sensor plugged in or
unplugged?  There didn't seem to be a difference when
I tried either way.  (something about that darn sensor
just creeps me out ;)   )  Thanks in advance everyone!
