I dont have a clue about this as I've never actually
dynoed any car I've owned (yet)...

Does the gear you do your dyno run in affect your
results?  If so,  what determines the best gear to
do the run in?

I've noticed on peoples dyno sheets it usually says
(for SR20's anyhow) "tested in 4th gear",  why 4th?

In the December issue of SCC (the one w/ Geo's swap)
they dynoed the new SE-R.  They were saying the
results were rather low and dissapointing and then I
noticed that in fine print on the side it said "tested in
3rd gear",  so  again I ask,  why 3rd?

Is it something to do w/ the ratio?
