Need Troubleshooting Procedures for A/C on B14

The system is the same B13 or B14.  I have one B13 with working AC.  Thats
the 366K mile car.  Which lately I've been calling the poop box because it's
rusting to hell. :(

So it has a few names now:

1.) The Rental
2.) The Beater
3.) Million mile car
4.) Poop box.
